Fastener (ファスナー, Fasunā) is a supporting antagonist turned deuteragonist of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt who made his debut in "Les Diaboliques".
He is the pet sidekick of the Daemon Sisters, Scanty and Kneesocks, who acts as their messenger as he receives blocks of stone from Hell that dictate hints on the girls' missions.
Appearance
Fastener is a pink-colored, plushie-like being, with light green eyes. He has a zipper going down his rather angular-shaped head and another one around his neck, much like a collar, and has pointy, short black limbs (which he can use as tiny scythes to chop up Chuck) which resembles that of a praying mantis.
In his true form, Fastener appears as a two-headed wyvern (or more specifically, a one-headed wyvern whose head and neck has been split in twain vertically). In this form, he uses his formidable claws to attack.
For his redesign in the second season, several dashes on Fastener's neck were removed.
Personality
Fastener appears to be competent and somewhat intelligent. He is also tidy and subservient to the Daemon Sisters. In his college years, Fastener was seemingly cocky and libidinous.

Description

"A familiar spirit accompanying the Daemon Sisters. A reliable presence that takes care of everything for the Daemon Sisters, from driving the car to cleaning the room. It is said that its true form is revealed by unzipping it..."
Like Chuck (and possibly every other zipper creature), Fastener is only capable of saying his own name or "Fas". He is commonly seen driving the Daemon sisters' vehicle G-String, and is excellent at doing so. He is also subject to abuse at times, although his healing seems to be slower than Chuck.
In "Chuck to the Future", it is revealed that Fastener went to a university with Chuck. Fastener was the most popular student at the university, and his high social standing is what allowed him to have sex with a popular cheerleader. It is unknown if these events occurred before or after Scanty and Kneesocks claimed him as their pet, and no other information has been shown about his life before said event.
A small red female demon lives inside Fastener's head. She is able to enter and exit her home through the zippers on Fastener's head. It is unknown whether Fastener is aware of her occupancy inside him.

- Hellhound transformation - When unzipping himself inside out, he can transform into a two headed demonic hydra whose body is split in the middle.
- Shapeshifting - He shapeshifted into a beach ball in "If the Angels Wore Swimsuits".

- Driving - He and the Daemon Sisters alternate between each other to drive their car, G-String.

- A "fastener" is a hardware device that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together.
- Like Chuck, Fastener's lines are not dubbed over in the English dub of season two.
- Though implied to be male[3], Fastener does not join Brief, Chuck, and Garterbelt on their road trip in "Independence Dick".
- Although, this could simply be because he doesn't mind being bossed around by the Daemon Sisters.
- Despite being a part of the main cast, he only has a scarce amount of official merchandise, even less so than Chuck or Garterbelt.
