The agent man is the tiny demon that lives inside Chuck's head.
He is a minor character in Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt who made his debut in the episode "Chuck to the Future".
Appearance
The agent man wears sunglasses and is bald. He also has red skin and two horns on his head, implying that he is a demon.
Background
His first appearance is in "Chuck to the Future", when after Fastener repeatedly punched Chuck, it is revealed that the agent man lives inside Chuck's head. Fastener's punches caused the agent man to get briefly decapitated by his television. After Chuck is split in two, the agent man helps reassemble him.
In "Chuck to the Future Part 2", he appears again after Chuck got thrown into the microwave by the mosquitos. He leaves out of Chuck's backside and bangs on the microwave glass as he and Chuck are electrocuted.
Chuck didn't realize that the agent man lived inside his head until "Chuck to the Future Part 3", which is what caused Chuck to freak out and repeatedly beat his head until his zipper opened. The agent man then encountered the agent woman and had sex with her as an unconscious Chuck watched on.
